Brief Answer:
further necessary details and clarification

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and do upload your reports and investigations done (if any); [in report section for further concerns, suggestions and treatment:

1. Is there any endocrinal pathology [abnormal thyroid/sugar profile] or any other?
PS. You did mention in your query posted on 24th June'2016 regarding endometrial thickening and also suffering from PCOS thus both could be the contributory factor or can be independent of them

2. Any previous pregnancy ?

3. In Ayurveda, Panchkarma Procedure "Uttar Basti" has shown encouraging results in blocked fallopian tubes cases.

4. do let me know about the cause of tubal blockage [infection or due to some complication] i.e Opinion of Gynecologist?

PS. As the condition is surgical and you are in your fertile AGE thus should explore other good option because if you delay or opt for it in later decade it may result in congenital anomalies.

5. Herbal tampons are means of directly introducing the herb(s) into the fallopian tubes to kill infections and/or loosen up scar and adhesions and women do have got encouraging results after their use [getting pregnant], so contact a qualified and experienced Ayurveda Physician in vicinity and clarify all pros and cons about the same.

PS. Again if fallopian tubes are structurally damaged herbs won't have any effect [not enough research/study is carried out] and personally never advocated them in such cases as the herbs may destroy the good bacteria [lactobacilli] or may act as irritant to vagina thus increasing risk of infection by changing the pH of vagina.

I was pregnant last April but lost the baby at 6 weeks. My documents from the previous pregnancy are attached. The Genealogical explanation was PID but I also have some reports attached to my profile. The opinion that it could have been a sexually transmitted disease or also I was thinking that after I had the miscarriage I bled for about three months after because I still had tissue inside of me. I never did a DNC but I did use homeopathic medication along with misoprostol to pass out the tissue and the bleeding stopped

A. After going through your reports following is/are necessary information and line of management:

1.     HSG [hysterosalpingogram] test suggest :

i. Opacification: means that it was visualized due to the presence of XXXXXXX in there, [thus left is normal], however only the fimbrial end of right fallopian tube was visualized which means rest is/was blocked

ii. As spillage is seen only on left side which means that right tube is blocked

iii. As one tube is patent thus chances of Fertilization are good

iv. However you should consult your Attending Gynecologist since she will be the best person to answer your question(s) as will be aware of your case

PS. Ask for laproscopy and IVF [in vitro fertilization] will be a good option [since there is finding of Fibriod in Ultrasonography report which can cause painful menstrual periods or repeated miscarriages

Thanks for reverting back

1. To know/evaluate the the effect of uterine fibroid(s) on IVF following points have to be taken into consideration:

i. One has to go for a detailed transvaginal ultrasound [TVS] and hysteroscopy to accurately identify the presence, location and growth of uterine fibroid.

ii. Your attending physician will then has to effectively decide/ judge based on your age as well as the number and size of the intramural myoma(s).
PS. Women with fibroid > 4 cm requires an increase number of cycles to secure pregnancy, thus counselling of women with fibroid is necessary before reproductive assisted cycle.
