Dear XXXXXXX

Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.

I would recommend you the following:

Orlistat is a drug which inhibits the pancreatic lipase enzyme. This prevents absorption of fat from your diet and causes weight loss. However this drug works in conjuction with a healthy diet and exercise.

There are fat loss concotions containing caffeine, thyroxine and yohimbine. an example is lipo 6 . They are fat burners which burn body fat. However their effect is temporary. It lasts for 6 weeks and then body gets tolerant. They cause constipation and jitteriness as a side effect.

I would recommend you to take conjugated linolenic acid which is CLA 1 gm twice in a day. This helps to burn body fat without affecting the lean muscle mass. It is available over the counter at pharmacy stores.

I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.

Brief Answer:
Not advisable

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Colon cleanse is not a proven method to loose weight. There are not enough clinical trials to prove its benefit. Hence I would advice you against going for it. It is like a money rip off with no proven benefit.

I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.
