Brief Answer:
It is likely 'Benign positional vertigo'.Vestibular rehabilitation therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr.D.P XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing comprehensive answers to the questions I asked.

After clinical analysis of your medical condition,I am of the opinion that your clinical diagnosis is -'Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo'(BPPV)..

Management protocol-
1)Vestibular rehabilitation therapy(VRT) is the mainstay of treatment. These exercises should be learned from a doctor who is specialist in 'Physical and Medical rehabilitation' or an expert physiotherapist.
1)Continue vertin and stemetil initially on regular basis.Later on,when on regular VRT,number of episodes of giddiness gets decreased, than you can take vertin on sos(at the time of symptoms) basis.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have some follow up queries,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.
