Brief Answer:
stop alcohol, low fat diet, use liver tonic

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXX,

I checked your reports. There is increase in GGT and SGPT.From your history it is likely that cause of increase in these liver enzymes is alcohol.

So first and formost thing is to stop alcohol. You should also go for ultrasound of liver to check what damage has been done until now. If you are not able to stop alcohol due to withdrawal symptoms like sleep disturbance , tremors etc, you can consult psychiatrist for deaddiction.

No specific food can help to control these enzymes level. But you should take low fatty diet to avoid burden on liver function which ultimately helps to control increase enzymes like GGT and SGPT.

A liver tonic-ayurvedic preparation called udilive is used by most of the physician in liver damage. You can ask your doctor to prescribe you the same.

Hope I have answered your query , I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Brief Answer:
Some infection is there, need antibiotic, control your cholesterol level

Detailed Answer:
Mr.aXXXX, Thanks for follow up.

Leucocytosis suggests some infection in body. You need antibiotic for the same. One possibility of infection in liver as SGPT and GGT are also raised.
You have to consult your physician for evaluation and specific antibiotic treatment.

You are already known case of blood pressure and diabetes.
Increase trigyceride, high cholesterol, high LDL and low HDL suggest hyperlipidemia and risk for heart problems and hypertension. You are in need of statin group of medicine which reduces cholesterol.Ask your physician for that also.

You should do exercise regularly. It will help to reduce cholesterol and to control blood pressure.

In food no cheeze, butter or junk/fast food. More whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Use garlic in daily food. It helps in reduces cholesterol.

Hemoglobin and RBC indices are somewhat in higher range than normal, but it is no so much abnormal so no need to worry for that.

Other reports are normal. Entire ETP is not out of range. Whatever the reports were abnormal I have described approach to deal with them.

Hope you will find this answer helpful. I will be glad to answer again.

regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Ask your doctor for written prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXX,

Thanks for follow up. I have already mentioned the name of Ayurvedic medicine UDILIVE. We generally prescribed to our patients with liver problems.

I am sorry that online prescription is not valid according to law. And it is better to take medicines
under supervision of doctor. If by chance any serious side effect occurs , treating doctor can help immediately. Please ask your doctor about prescription of the same and according to doctor's advice start taking it.
