Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your daughter..

Since your travelling in train, first of all please ensure not to expose the baby to the public places and crowded area, keep her under proper coverings..

Be extremely cautious for mosquitoes and flies, now a days, even if your travelling in high A/C class, still there's risk due to this specially since it's the peak of the breeding season for these vectors..

Apart from covering up the baby, you can gently apply mosquito repellent cream like ODOMOS (the natural one in green pack), but only over the exposed body parts i.e. the palm & feet (don't apply on face) for once to twice daily for the time being (it's just for this time being only I'm suggesting)..

Make sure the baby's not directly exposed to open air/ cold and humid air..there's pediatric masks available, you can easily buy them from any big pharmacy..

Try to keep all immunizations updated prior to travelling and have a brief discussion with her Pediatrician regarding any upcoming/pending vaccinations..

Please ensure that the baby doesn't touch the outside foreign objects, ensure to carry anti-bacterial hand scrubs for this..(always ensure good hand washing and try to apply the hand rubs prior to any foods/drinks)..

Yes, water definitely is another vital part, but you can't carry 2 days water all together, so try to only buy proper mineral water only..And NO OUTSIDE FOOD for Her..

These should be fine for her for the time being, just ensure all these..

Let me know if there's any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards
