Hello,

I have a few thoughts on what you are wanting:

1. In terms of supplements, as you already have well established secondary sex characteristics at your age, I don't think over-the-counter type supplements or foods will do much.

Natural Curves supplement contains soy, and the herbs saw palmetto, chasteberry, fenugreek, dandelion root and ginseng. The company that sells it claims that this combination has an effect on the hormones that control breast growth. However, these claims are unfounded. A study published in a 2009 issue of the “Journal of Nutrition” found soy has no effect on the density of breast tissue. Furthermore, the XXXXXXX College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists states that no clinical trials have been conducted to prove the effectiveness of breast size increasing supplements.

2. You can see an endocrinologist who specializes in transgender treatment, for medical hormonal therapy, which will have a more noticeable effect. However even taking prescription estrogen can take awhile to increase breast size and round the hips.

But first it would be best if you explore your interests in looking more feminine in a reversible way by wearing a padded bra, makeup, looking up youtube makeup tutorials on making your chest look like you have breasts with makeup highlighting, etc. Do this for awhile and see how it makes you feel.

3. I also strongly advise finding a group of trans or gender-fluid folks to spend time with. Talking with others who have felt similarly to you will be helpful both for support and for sorting out how you feel and your identity. And as you may be just starting to look into your options, they can provide resources for you regarding what doctors in your area are most helpful/knowledgeable, and what things they've tried.

I hope this information helps.

Please let me know if you want to discuss further.
