Question: my periods are usually on 21st of every month, am going on vacation on the same day, would like to prepone the menses date

Hello dear, it is a little late now to prepone your periods before 21st.
I can rather give you tablets to delay your periods.
Take tablet norethisterone 5 mg twice a day from 18th December till you want to delay your periods.
