Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have difference in milk ejection between both the breasts and when in general milk flow is less the difference is more marked.
Take tablet perinorm 10 mg thrice a day for 10 days and see for the difference.
Also try to cuddle with your baby while lying down and then feed with pressing the breast tissue bulk so as to squeeze some milk into his mouth along with his sucking effort.
This will give the baby a positive feedback and he will try to suck properly more often without getting tired.
All the best.

Thanks a lot Dr XXXXXXX Can I get that tablet without prescription in medical shops in Bangalore? Is it Ayurvedic capsule?I manually extract milk daily twice morning and evening .Will manual extraction damage breast tissue and is it cause for low milk production? Pls advice .

Brief Answer:
no damage to breast tissue

Detailed Answer:
Welcome dear, it is an allopathic drug easily available at all medical shops.
Try not to express the milk out manually into utensils and rather express your breasts only while the baby is suckling.
Expression of milk will not affect the breast tissue but definitely can decrease milk at times but if you do it while the nipple is in baby's mouth then it will be very helpful.
Take care
