Suggest Medication To Improve Sperm Count And Motility
Question: Hai, am 30 years old, healthy man..got married on before 8 months...my wife was not yet conceive due to semen analysis report shows( reports two days back taken)my sperm count is 20 million and liquification time is 45 min, Active motile sperm count is 20% hw can impove through drugs and food medication..to conceive my wife earlier..

Just there seems to be infection of semen causing increased viscocity and delayed liquefaction.
You need to get semen culture and sensitivity test done to know the organism infecting your semen and the antibiotics it is sensitive to.
After taking antibiotics, if your liquefaction is corrected, your motility is likely to be improved.
You dont need any other medicines.
