Brief Answer:
Rhinitis, steam inhalation, saline nasal drops, oral antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
With little information that you have provided, i feel the yellowish discharge from your nose is likely to be due to rhinitis or a viral infection of the nose. However, sinusitis needs to be ruled out. I would insist on getting an X-Ray of the sinuses. Based on the findings further interventions can be planned.

I would insist you to take steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it, three to four times a day. Water in the form of vapor would reach deep inside and would help in diluting the secretions and would thus provide relief. You can use saline nasal drops which will be beneficial. Also take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for the next few days.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
