Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am here to assist you with your question.

Some of the newer FDA approved medications to assist with weight loss are Belviq and qsymia. I love the fact you have committed to losing weight, but it is not always easy as you are finding out.

Are you seeing a dietitian as it might be helpful? I think that 1500 calories may be a bit much for you to lose weight on.

Can you tell me what meds/supplements you are on and a little bit about your exercise and meal intake? Can you send me this and a one day sample, but typical, day's intake and I may be able to target specific answers to help speed up that weight loss. Please include height and weight. Pertinent diagnosis?

Send me this and I will review it and see what targeted information to provide.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. XXXXXXX Shattler,MS,RDN
