Brief Answer:
Most likely due to gastritis, other causes must be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Most common cause of vomiting and stomach ache in this age is gastritis. This may be a part of gastroenteritis in which child may develop loose stool after one or two days of vomiting.
Other less common causes of vomiting with pain abdomen like intestinal obstruction, appendicitis should be ruled out by consulting a pediatrician.
In case of persistent vomiting child may get dehydrated.
Anti emetic like ondensetron (syrup ondem) helps in decreasing the vomiting. The dose of ondensetron is 0.1-0.2 mg/kg/dose and it can be given three times a day.
Each 5 ml of syrup contains 2 mg of ondensetron. The average weight of 4 yrs old child is about 12-15 kg.For this age 5 ml of syrup would be adequate.
I suggest you to consult a pediatrician for clinical examination to rule out any surgical cause,to assess the dehydration status and also for prescription of anti emetic as needed.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Regards
