Question: Kindly suggest me medication for my skin allergy shown in the attached picture which reappearing frequently...

You should start combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs.
Anti histamine like fexofenadine and anti allergic like montelukast combination is available. You should take it once a day in night.
