Brief Answer:
Most likely from allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to allergy. It can be from some thing you exposes like dust or pollen or moulds or some unknown sources or internal allergens.
Getting tested for allergy after consulting allergist and avoiding exposure to that agent is the definite treatment. In case of dust allergy frequent vaccuming and wearing masks at dusty environment is helpful. Gastritis also is a stimulating factor in many. So if you have gastritis it should be treated by diet and proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole.

Taking Montair LC (monteleukast and levocetirizine) is a good prophylactic for avoiding allergy attacks. In case of getting breathing problems you may need inhalation corticosteroids during the acute episode. There is no complete cure from this. Relapse can occur again once you expose to allergen.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Montair Lc is given for ong term.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

Montair Lc is given for long term. Taking for 1 month continuosly will be enough in mild to moderate cases. But if still you are getting allergic attacks after stopping then it should be continued more and in persisting cases it is given continuously.
If you have tested allergen specific IgE then contact with those allergen should be avoided. This will help to abort allergic attacks. In case of high dust specific IgE dust exposure should be avoided, in case of high cat specific IgE exposure to cat and cat fur should be avoided. Skin allergic test will be more helpful to find out your possible allergens more effectively.
A consultation with allergist/immunologist and regular follow up is well appreciated to manage this.

Let me know if anything not clear.

Thanks.
