Brief Answer:
Tablet Diclofenac 50 mg, cold compress

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Kindly provide additional information
1. If there any history of injury?
2. Is there any visible swelling?
3. Is there any redness?

This pain can be due to sprain or strain or tendinitis (inflammation of the tendons).

Chances of a fracture are less likely because there would have been tremendous pain, swelling and restriction of movement in that case. To confirm the diagnosis, best would be to get an x-ray.

Meanwhile apply cold compresses on the affected area and take some anti inflammatory pain killers like Ibuprofen or diclofenac (tablet Diclo 50 mg twice daily for three days) after prescription from your doctor. Give complete rest to the part and avoid doing any activity which aggravates the symptoms.

If the pain increases or there is swelling, I would suggest you to see orthopedician for further help.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
