I worry it could be cancer (stomach, pancreatic) or cause it later in life, im 32 yo, 5'11, slim build, fit as play football, i worry cause i do wake up feeling sick in the middle of night? When i push belly out i do get some quick light pains at back & sides but feels muscular. Any reassurance would be great?

Brief Answer:
symptoms do not match to that of cancer

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. There are three reasons why it cant be cancer either of gastric or pancreas
1. Symptoms are severe
2. There must be weight loss
3. At this age it is rare
If you still feel so then just to rule out definitely you may visit a gastroenterologist for physical examination, endoscopic examination and ct scan of abdomen just to relieve apprehension. Hope this will help you wish you a good health

Brief Answer:
dark colour stool may be due to diet

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. Nice to hear that you are convinced that it does not appear to be cancer.
Now coming to dark stool, most of the time change in stool colour is due to diet only. However if it persist for few days then may get stool examination and complete haemogram to see for any blood loss. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health.

Brief Answer:
dark brown stool is of no concern

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. Dark brown colour stool is of not at all concern. I misunderstood it to be black coloured as you have mentioned it to be dark colour only. Feeling of pulsation behind the knees may be simply muscle twitching or due to blood vessels passing there. Both are normal and can happen normally.keep cool there appears to be nothing wrong if you still feel fear you may visit your doctor for physical examination and evaluation. Wish you a good health.
