Brief Answer:
It is a good decision and a good point to start from!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms. For real, the symptoms are complex and would require a detailed assessment to understand what the exact problem is and what treatment options are available for you. An internist has a bright understanding of the general medicine and would be the best person to start with. If there is need for specific specialist care, he would make that decision.

Having reviewed your symptoms, they are not specific and do not immediately suggest a specific disease. This is why assessing you fully through a detailed interview, clinical examination and laboratory investigations to map out the disease and disease process. Clues from interview and clinical examination would help in this.

What medications are you taking? I will like to review them and what specific disease conditions you are being treated for.

I hope to hear from you. I wish you well and thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
Yourprimary care doctor should know an internist in the neighborhood!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for these detailed reports. I have reviewed the medications and various disease conditions that you are being managed for. As of now, all problems has at least a medication to that effect. The most important thing is to constantly evaluate the treatment and make sure it is meeting your needs.

Ask your doctor about a specialist consult. This would be the best way to know who is in the area of proven reputation. I am so sorry I cannot help with this.

Please, healthy diet, regular exercise, fruits, vegetables and fibers are the best kept secrets of good health.

I wish you well. An update me as you continue with this.
