Suggest Medication For Diabetes

Question: I am diabetic and take glycomet SR 850 every night . my fasting is around 110 average. But my PP is around 180. Also my Hb1c is 7.4 . It used to 8.6. Should I continue with the medication or take glycomet 500 twice BD. I got to know about my diabetes "last year. My age is 39 years. And I have a family history is the diabetes . My father was a diabetic and died at the age of 60 with kidney failure. I have also been taking medication for blood pressure from last 4 years olmezest 20 with controlled BP

Dear friend, it s your convenience to take metformin 850 SR (sustained release) OD or 500 mg BD .. but better find time for regular exercise at least half an hour to one hr /day. eat more of green leafy vegetable practice meditation and yoga definitely will help.
