I am 26 yrs old and I have issues of dark armpits.

Is there a medication for this?

You may try 'Litearm lotion' by Zydus Cadila, which is specifically meant for this purpose. Use it twice a day.
It contains Propylene Glycol and Glycerin Polyethylene
