Brief Answer:
Use aloevera gel

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Chicken pox usually lasts for 7 days.
There is no medication to stop new lesions.
If she has fever you can give paracetamol tablet and ask her to apply aloevera gel twice daily.
There is no need for injections.
The skin lesions will dry up and form scars.
Ask her to keep applying aloevera gel on these scars.
If Will take at least 2 months for these scars to disappear.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
