Brief Answer:
"Time" is the best medicine...

Detailed Answer:
Every month, you recruit cysts on your ovaries. These cysts produce estrogen which prepare the lining of the uterus for pregnancy. Mid-cycle, these cysts go away, but one of them releases an egg. This cyst is called the Corpus Luteum (CL). The CL has a tendency to bleed into itself and sometimes into the belly, causing pain and discomfort.

These almost always resolve on their own. The best medicine is simply time. The supplements for carnitine deficiency will not affect the rate of cyst reabsorption any more that just waiting for it to happen on its own.

It would probably be of more benefit to just be on a regular daily vitamin, as this will contain useful elements, such as iron and folic acid which are important for the repletion of red blood cells that are lost when the cyst ruptures.

If this is a recurrent problem, many women benefit from birth control pills that inhibit the recruitment of ovarian cysts.
Please let me know if this helps.
