Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history well and understood your concerns.
Even though the gall bladder is removed, the liver goes on secreting bile that comes to the small intestine called duodenum. From here it comes up in the stomach indicating malfunction valve that connects stomach to small intestine called pylorus.
Since you have GERD, means gastroesophageal reflux disease the acid and the bile comes up from the stomach to the esophagus and up in the mouth.
I would advise you the following:
Continue Prilosec that is a PPI Omeprazole twice daily.
You may need a prescription for motility regulator like Domperidone or Metoclopramide whichever your Doctor suggest to control reflux.
Antacid liquid every three hours.
Soft bland diet in small frequent way.
Avoid stress and anxiety as this has a direct bearing on your problems.
early dinner and take a walk around after dinner.
Sleep in a reclining position means the body above back to head should be reclined up as this helps avoid reflux and helps sleep.
Identify all the foods, beverages and factors that instigate or enhance your problems and strictly avoid these.
Upper GI Endoscopy- get an appointment for Endoscopy and additional treatment as would be advised by the Gastroenterologist.

I hope this answer helps you.
