Question: Hi I am XXXXX, I am suffering from UTI since morning, there is pain and irritation while passing urine, till I get my urine culture report, is there any medicine that I can take to reduce this pain and discomfort ?

Have you sent the sample for culture?
Any recent exposure to unprotected intercourse?
Relevant medical history like diabetes or other metabolic disease
I would advise you to follow these guidelines
Have plenty of fluids 4 to 5 litters a day which will help by flushing off the urogenital tract.
you can take urine alkalinising syrup.
Hot water bath or packs by sitting in a tub filled with warm water,
You can also take antihistaminic drug like fexofenadine incase of severe itching.
