Brief Answer:
Three products for male contraception are still in trial stage

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. There are reports that Vasalgel which is a non-hormonal male contraceptive will be available in the market starting 2018. This is still in the trial stage. Vasalgel is a polymer injected in to the tubes in males which carry sperm and this prevents the transport of sperms.

2. There is another method in trial in south east asia called Gendarussa. This prevents fertilization from taking place. It is awaiting completion of approval.

3. ANother option is Eppin which is an epididymal protease inhibitor and a possible medicine for male contraception. This will also take sometime to be available once trials are complete and is a product of US.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Recommended meditation for 30 minutes every day

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. There is no single medicine approved to stop sperm production which you might use safely. For this you have to wait for few years.

2. Vasectomy is a permanent procedure and it is not recommended for you.

3. I suggest you do meditation for 30 minutes every day and this will help you have control over your sexual urge and avoid frequent ejaculation. It has helped monks for millions of years and you might draw inspiration from it to control ejaculation.

Hope your query is answered.

Brief Answer:
Vasectomy is a permanent procedure

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Vasectomy is a permanent procedure and recommended for those who have had children. If you are not sure about not having children then vasectomy is not recommended for you. Reversal of vasectomy is done but there is no guaranteed reversal. Therefore please discuss this with your psychiatrist.

Hope your query is answered.

Brief Answer:
Please give it a detailed thought

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Deciding on vasectomy is not easy. It is a permanent procedure and requires you to give a detailed thought to the implications and that you might not be able to have a child naturally. You might consider taking counseling sessions and then deciding on it.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
