Vomiting is a natural process for the body to rid itself of something it does not want, in the quickest way possible. Nausea is usually the prior warning of this process, although it can mean other things too. Vomiting is commonly caused by an infection in the stomach or intestines that may be due to food poisoning or an infection of an unknown origin.Vomiting is not a disease in itself. It is a symptom that something is not alright with the body – it could be indigestion or kidney stones, medication side effect, alcohol or spoiled foods.Treating the underlying symptom is the most important thing.

Some home remedies are-
-Ginger,should be taken in form of ginger ale, tea, or even raw.Ginger promotes the secretion of various digestive juices/enzymes that help neutralize stomach acid. It also contains phenols that relax stomach muscles and act similar to a sedative on irritated stomach tissue, reducing over activity of the stomach.
-Lemon is one of the good home remedies for nausea and vomiting. Squeeze a lemon and take out its juice. Mix it with water and consume in small quantities from time to time.
-Fennel seeds improve the digestion power, cloves are quick relievers of nausea, and cinnamon has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties, which helps in reducing bloating and gas.So it can be taken.
-Eat small meals and eat them slowly.
-Stay away from fried or greasy foods.
-Avoid meat,Eat a lots of vegetables and fruits.
-Cloves,Vinegar and mint have soothing properties that help in digestion.
-- Avoid alcohol and caffeine.
-Drink plenty of water and keep yourself rehydrated.
Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing good health,
Thanks.
