Question: i have diabeties, sugar is normal now.. but i dont know what to eat when have diabeties. Is rice advisable to eat ?

Generally not more than 200-300 gm of rice should be consumed by diabetics.

Include fruits like pomegranate and salads in your diet.

Bitter gourd helps as it contains plant insulin.
