Brief Answer:
Stretching exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Neck posture is very important when you sit and watch your computer.

Keep height of your computer at level your eyes.

You can do neck stretch exercises, strengthening exercises and yoga. Along with neck exercises you also do aerobics which increase blood circulation in your body.

Do not sit for long time in one position. Try to take break every one or two hours for 10 minutes.
Do not watch computer continuously.

You can apply heat pad over neck when you get pain.

I suggest you topical analgesic like Volini gel.

I also suggest you anti inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen 400 mg. Use it sparingly.

If you will not see any improvement after one week of exercises then visit a doctor and get neck x ray done.

Physiotherapy also will help you.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Thank you.
