Supportive care,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Arthritis at age of 89 needs supportive exercises mostly aimed at range of mobility. YOu can sign up to any good physiotherapist trainer to help you out, you can do it at home yourself too. Aim for full range of mobility, like gentle movement of arms and legs in all direction to their full possible range. Dont prefer exercises like gardening over mobility as that wont give you full range of motion. Remember dont force your arms or legs to go in the direction where its painful Find painfree motion and keep stretching it. Short sessions of exercises are preferable over prolonged sessions. Keep stretchign daily and limit strengthening exercises to three days tops in a week.

As far as neuropathy is concerned, it needs supportive care, good balanced diet , diet rich in vitamin B 12 and folates, proteins etc. Multivitamin supplements should be taken daily. A dietitian can help you out with complete dietary plan to help this neuropathy from nutritional point of view.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
