Brief Answer: arm exercise and light walk. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX congratulations and I would suggest you to - do arm exercises mainly and - light walk to start with then eventually do it in brisk way too but not till the point of exhaustion. Just in case you feel air hunger or heaviness take rest and discontinue. This all only for 5 days a week. -Yoga is considered safe but it is when pregnant females were already doing yoga, don't start it in pregnancy. To avoid c-section is not in patient's or doctor's hands because it is the inherent make up of female body and fetus which decides the mode of delivery but still it is seen that females who stay active and not bed struck have better chances of normal delivery. Tolerance to pain and a proper mindset is also required. Wish you the best of health. Take care.
