Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
You need to take lots of fruits and fresh salads daily along with milk and green leafy vegetables
Drink plenty of water and avoid outside food as much as possible
Take folic acid as advised daily
Take at least 8-9 hours of rest daily and avoid exertion at all times
As regards exercise is concerned nothing much to start a new one right now but can go for special yoga sessions
