Suggest Dosage Of Enzoflam For Toothache
Question: I am having toothache. I took Enzoflam one in the morning and one at night. Is this dosage okay ? Should I have a third tab too or reduce to one per day.

Tablet ENZOFLAM (diclofenac sodium 50 mg, paracetamol 500 mg, serratiopeptidase 15 mg) is a powerful pain killer and causes quick healing of inflammation.
The dosage of one in morning and night is acceptable. If you have severe pain then you can increase to one tablet 3 times a day. It is important to take this tablet after food. Taking on empty stomach can cause severe gastritis and burning in stomach. To avoid gastritis you can take tablet PAN40 (pantoprazole 40 mg) every day morning on empty stomach as long you are taking Enzoflam.
If the pain is less then you can reduce to one tablet per day also. Dosage should not be more than one tablet 3 times a day.
Since it is painkiller, you can stop taking when you do not feel any more pain.
