Brief Answer:
You should increase the dose to 100 mcg

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your questions and understand your concerns.

Since your TSH is high you should increase the dose of thyroid medication to 100 mcg. Take this tablet regularly in morning empty stomach for 6 weeks and then repeat the thyroid function tests.

Once on treatment, your TSH should be between 0.5 and 4 MIU/ml.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further questions, I will be pleased to help you.

Regards
Dr Ajish TP
