Suggest Dosage For Tonact-TG

Question: Hello Sir
I am T2 diabetic for tge last 17 yrs...My triglycerides have shot up to 306 after i myself stopped taking Tonact TG 10 mg 3 months ago...My regular doctor over phone asked me to take 10 mg of Tonact TG n not to stop..however, due to disturbed sugar levels,I visited another endocrinologist who advised 20 mg of Tonact TG for lifetime.I am confused.Please advise whether I should take 10 or 20 mg of Tonact TG.

Hello.

Tonact TG 10 has Atorvastatin 10 MG+Fenofibrate 160 MG.
Tonact TG 20 has Atorvastatin 20 MG+Fenofibrate 160 MG.
In view of the details above, I would agree with the endocrinologist.
Tonact TG 20 will be better.
Please do note that I remain unaware of the sugar reports.
But considering the triglyceride levels too, I would suggest Tonact TG 20.
