Question: how do you take ginko leaf, pills?

Reason I ask for Ginko info is to better blood circulation. Feeling cold in the legs, hands. Sensation of being shrunk.

Brief Answer:
240 miligrams a day.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Ginko leaf should be taken in 240 miligrams dosage a day. The first effect of action can be noticed after 4 to 6 weeks.
Your symptoms might be caused either by too low dosage of thyroid hormones, low blood pressure or atherosclerosis.
I suggest you to have thyroid tests at first. Next step is to consult vascular surgeon and consider Doppler arteries ultrasound.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
