Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for choosing this platform

I have gone through the medical history and medication tried. Birth weight of your baby was 2.8 kg and it is now 3.75 kg that is a gain of about 1 kg in 30 days. Weight gain of your baby is absolutely normal and this indicates that he is getting sufficient calories.
I just want to let you know that no specific diet is needed to increase the quality of breast milk but extra calories and fluid is needed along with this few things helps in proper lactation.
A lactating mother needs an additional 400-500 calories/day.
Take protein rich foods like pulses, beans, meat, fish, egg, soyabean along with whole grain and plenty of fluids(milk, fruit juice, water) with green leafy vegetables. More you feed the baby more milk will be produced. So feed your baby frequently and that too for long duration.
I hope this helps.
All the best.
Please let me know if you have any more doubt.
Regards
