Brief Answer:
would like to know a few details related

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthCare Magic,

I have read through your query and I can understand your concern;

Before I could guide you further, I would like to know a few details related in order to help you more:
- do you have any associated increase in fatigue, drowsiness, loss of interest?
- your daily diet habits?
- any recently detected diabetes, hypertension or high cholesterol?
- any history of intolerance to heat or cold, palpitations?

I would suggest it better for you to check on the hormone levels as it may cause this unintentional weight gain regardless of the physical exercise.

Meanwhile, though it may seem difficult for you to follow a diet plan, you can try to avoid certain diet factors that plays its role in increasing your weight, on which I would detail on once you revert back with more details on your lifestyle.

Kindly revert back so that I can help you,
Regards

Brief Answer:
diet and your lifestyle are the culprits

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thanks for the reply,

Its good to hear that you do are not having any of the above diseases or symptoms.

From the description you have given me on your diet and your lifestyle, I would like to point out that they are the culprits behind your weight gain. Your are required to do the following;
1) Diet: try replacing parathas with a healthy breakfast like dosa, idli etc and for the lunch, you are to reduce the amount of rice limiting to one fourth cup and 4 chapatis; and for dinner, you can try replacing full fat milk with a glass of green tea without sugar. Also include a glass of apple cider vinegar mixed with honey and lemon juice in a glass of warm water; as its been proved to reduce belly fat and also help in fat metabolism. You can have this in the morning on an empty stomach( which will effect more) or at any time in the day.

2) Physical exercise- you are required a daily minimum of 45 mins of exercise of which you can divide into gym, walking etc. The body requires a minimum of 45 mins for it to begin fat metabolism. Hence, an exercise below the alloted time will not do much effect for you.

3) Healthy mind: always stay active and avoid any form of stress.

I would not suggest it best for you to rely on diet pills or any other mode of weight reduction.

Hope this helps
Please feel free to discuss further or else kindly close and rate
Wishing you good health
