Brief Answer:
Some simple tips have to be followed.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

According to your weight and height, take one medium bowl of oats (3 large spoons if oats) for break fast, for lunch you may take 1 and half chapatti, with one bowl of any vegetable.
And for dinner you may eat 1 and half chapatti with any vegetable.

For mid meal... you can take one bowl of water melon between lunch and breakfast and one apple or one small bowl of sweet corns between dinner and lunch will maintain your blood sugar.

Keeping in mind your problems, I would suggest you low sodium salt, decrease mutton and pulses in diet. Increase green vegetables in diet..

Complex carbohydrates can be used in form of corn flakes, sweet corns, oats, brown bread and brown rice etc.

I would suggest you to stop rice for few months, if you crave for rice then you may take brown rice once or twice in a week.

For back and knee pain, starting yoga could be very helpful. Avoid sitting with bending legs, as it can increase knee pain.

In the last...I would suggest you to follow remedies as mentioned in the previous answer. Hopefully it will be helpful.

You may ask further, if you have more questions to ask, else please rate the answer before closing discussion.

Regards,
Dr.Maheshwari

Brief Answer:
It could be Burning mouth syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Since first I need to see some pics of mouth skin and palate to evaluate wether this is ulcer or fungal infection or some thing else which is causing burning sensation in her mouth. If you could upload the pics here first ,it would be helpfull for me to rule out the cause further.

Also I would like to know ,does she eat only veg food, and what are the current medications if she is having any?

From the history ,I doubt she might be having Burning mouth syndrome. As there are a number of possible causes of burning mouth syndrome,But I need to see at least the pics in person to rule out the other causes.

I will be happy to help you .And thankyou for appreciation.
Regards,
Dr.Maheshwari
