Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Regarding dental care I would suggest you to massage the gums gently with your fingers after proper hand wash. This provides soothing effect. You can also apply some antiseptic anesthetic gel like Clenora gel if the baby is crying excessive.
No specific measure is needed for cleaning the teeth except give him some water after any feed so that no residue remain left in the oral cavity.
Regarding diet give him all home made food.Give him at least three major meal (each measuring 3/4th to 1 small bowl consisting of rice, dal, roti, vegetables, daiya, suji ka halwa)with two to three snacks in between(consisting of fruits like banana, papaya, cheeku, mashed apple).
Add ghee to the feeds to make it energy dense.Give him breast feed mainly in the night.
Monitor the growth of baby by regular weight record.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Wishing for your baby's good health.
Regards

thanks doctor :)
one more query, he is already eating like same as u suggested. but he has suddenly started disliking outside milk. My wife stays at home so we had decided to give feed him only breastmilk till he turns a year old, so we did not started cows milk. we use to give him formula milk once in a day before he goes to bed and whenever we go out where breastfeeding is not possible. but now he is not taking formula milk, we tried cows milk but that also he is not liking. It is OK if we r at home but when we go out, it's so inconvenient. We r also worried that will he get enough nutrition like this. Please advice me about the same.

You can try a different formula

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback

It's good to know that you are already providing him good nutrition.
Sometimes changing the formula brand helps. So I request you to try any other formula.
I hope he will start taking outside milk but it may take time.

All the best
Take care
