Suggest Brand Names For Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Drug

Question: I need to identify a drug. It is a white round tablet made bt Roxane Laboratories. It is called HydroMORphone Hydrochloride 8 mg. One side of the tablet has the numbers 54 and 425. Do you know the "common name" or the brand name. I think this is a generic name. Thanks!

Hydromorphone hydrochloride is an opioid drug.This is the generic name for the drug.The brand names differ between brands(some US brands are Dilaudid,Hydrostat IR etc).
This is a drug with many important side effects(on many systems including brain,lungs,cardiovascular system,intestine etc).It is given in a few selected situations like resistant,severe pains,taking into consideration,of any medical illnesses/drugs the patient is having.It is used under close,strict follow up of a doctor only.Extreme care must be taken to avoid taking it without prescription/reaching children.
