hi i am 33 years old male. i have few problem
i have a small size of penis
it use to have a good erection earlier but now it does not get that hard..
it ejaculates fast.
Recently i was engaged to have sex with a girl..but was so depressed and ashamed that i never got a erection.
i am a bit worried now could you please advise me on this and please advise if i can enlarge penis size

I can understand your concern. May be due to depressive thinking and pre-occupation with previous failures you are having insufficient erection and due anxiety, over-excitement, and fear of failure you are experiencing premature ejaculation.
You try to be relaxed. Start daily meditation, regular morning walk/jog, evening games/workoutsworkouts, listen your favorite music at evening, have good socialization and adequate sleep. These are few non specific measures for de-stressing.
If required you may be prescribed a medicine of SSRI group like Paroxetine. It may cure anxiety, boost confidence, and will also take care of premature ejaculation.
