Question: hi doctor, i have tried many treatments like homeopathy,and vibes skin treatment but no use.. still i have pimples and leaves dark spots and my complextion is also becoming dark as its oily skin pls help me

I understand your concern.

Going by your issues you need treatment in 2 steps.

1.Acne prevention and dark spot correction.

2.Skin complexion treatments.

Dark spots are healed pimple scars.

For Acne management-I generally treat my patients with oral tablets of Doxycycline(for pimples) and Azelex cream(for dark spots) I suggest you to please see a doctor if his/her views are same and if they can prescribe these drugs for you.


For skin complexion -treatments can be
1.Natural 2.Cosmetic procedures.

Cosmetic procedures include-Micropore Dermabrasion and Melanocyte ablation+/- cryoablation.These procedures are costly and may require 2-3 sittings.

Homeopathy proved disappointing in many cases.

Initially, I advise you to follow natural methods for 3-6 months, if not satisfied proceed towards cosmetic procedures.

Natural measures with best outcomes include the following.
