Suggest An Alternative To Tazzle

Question: Hi Doctor, I was taking tablet of tazzle 20 MG with duralast 30 MG for treatment of PE and ED. Now tazzle is not available in market not even any substitute. Please prescribe any medicine

Tazzle is the brand name of the medication Tadalafil. An alternative brand that is definitely available in the market currently is Megalis.

Megalis contains exactly the same medication as Tazzle, so you can take the same dose of 20mg which you were taking before.

There is no medication that can increase the size of the penis. The so-called supplements advertized online are not proven and may not be safe also.

Dear Doctor, very sorry Sorry for the frequent disturbance. Actually i made mistake. Tazzle is easily available but duralast 30 mg is not available in the market. Kindly suggest similar effect medicine in any other sale.

An alternative brand of medication for Duralast is Dapox (Dapoxetine). The dosage would be the same as that of Duralast, that is, 30mg.
