Suggest An Alternative Medicine For Warfarin

Question: i have stopped taking warfarin 10mg as i am having side effects of swelling of the face , nausea and arm pain. the swelling of the face is really concerning me. i have been on warfarin for 3 weeks as well as other medication for heart failure for 5 weeks so i know that it's warfarin that causing the swelling. is there another alternative to taking warfarin.

If warfarin is giving side effects, then there are other alternatives for coagulants to take like dabigatran (Pradaxa) or rivaroxaban (Xarelto).
