Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

Infection in the eyes could occur due to various causes.

Slightly long duration of eye infection is usually caused by allergic conjunctivitis or dry eyes. The treatment is by use of anti-allergic eye drops or artificial tears eye drops.

Sudden onset of infection (with redness or discharge if so) is caused by infective conjunctivitis and it is treated by use of antibiotic eye drops.

It seems that you are likely having sudden onset of infection,so you may need antibiotic eye drops (like ciprofloxacin or ofloxacin eye drops) but, for that you will need prescription as antibiotic is a prescription drugs.

However, I will need some more information from you (which you have not mentioned) to rule out allergic component,so,please do reply to below questions,

Is there redness or irritation present?
Do you have itching of the eyes?

If possible, please attach a picture of your both eyes.

Awaiting response.
