Brief Answer:
Try Tylenol and codeine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. The drugs your surgeon has prescribed do contain similar drugs to those that you are allergic to. They are codeine-type drugs. However, if you are OK with codeine and do not experience these symptoms then I would suggest that you take the tylenol and codeine that you know suit you. These should provide enough pain relief.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Brief Answer:
As below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for the further information. All the combinations you mention contain codeine-like drugs. Therefore, if ine causes a problem then others may do as well.
As you need a strong painkiller, you could consider tramadol. This is not so closely related to codeine and may not cause the side effects.
Continue the paracetamol.
I hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Take codeine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
That's fine. I would suggest you take the codeine with paracetamol. It will give as effective analgesia as the other combinations to which you are allergic.
