Brief Answer:
Your blood report is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr. XXXXXXX I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Sir let me appreciate you for your positive approach. I have gone through your blood reports. It shows your sugar levels are under good control. So, as far as diabetes management is concerned like drugs, diet and exercise you are absolutely in right path. You don't need of any change. Continue with same management.

Regarding other considerable alternatives for Glycomet GP2 (metformin 500; glimipride 2mg;), are Ziglim M2, Ozomet G2 Tab, Isryl M2 (2mg) etc.,
The other alternatives for PPG MET0.3 (metformin 500; voglibose 0.3mg) are Starvog M 0.3Mg. Metadoze V0.3 Tab., Glybose M 0.3 etc.,
And the other alternatives for Roseday20mg. (rosuvastatin) are Consivas (20 Mg), Z Stat (20 Mg),

You can get them in generic medicines also. But better is to be done under guidance of treating doctor.

The other blood investigations are also normal. Nothing to worry at all. If I were your treating doctor, I don't prescribe any other supplementation as of now with this normal report. If you are still interested, there is no problem at all in taking any multivitamin or zinc and multivitamin supplementation.

Hope this guides you. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
