Brief Answer:
can try a stronger pain killer to see if this helps

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If panadol is not working for you then you may need to try stronger pain medication unless you have a history of allergies to one of these medications.

This includes medications such as naproxen, ibuprofen, cataflam. These are over the counter and should be used on a full stomach to avoid irritation of the stomach lining.

Pain in the abdomen is usually related to structures in a particular area. With pain on the right- liver, gallbladder, appendix, stomach, part of the intestines, kidneys towards the back

Upper center- stomach, in some cases- pancreas

Center- bowel

Left- spleen, bowel, kidneys towards the back

Lower center- bladder

If the pain continues then you may need to consider seeing your doctor for an assessment.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
