Brief Answer:
Kidney failure irreversable

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to hear that you have recently been diagnosed with end stage renal failure.

End stage renal failure has numerous causes but the ultimate problem is that you body can not remove toxins that you body creates during metabolism. You can not continue to live without having transplanted kidneys or under going dialysis.

The dialysis process requires IV access every 2 days to remove toxins. They usually use a vein under your clavicle or they may give you a shunt. They filter your blood through a dialysis machine which takes several hours.

The kidney transplant is a surgical procedure that is fairly routine these days. You may obtain a kidney from a suitable relative donor or from someone who has died. Your body then is able to function like normal and urinate as usual to remove toxins. Having a kidney transplant may improve your quality of life because now you do not require being hooked up to a machine every 2 days.

I wish you luck in the coming months
