Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. Genital warts are caused by a virus and depending on the state of your immune system, they can be pretty hard to get rid off. So, besides strengthening your immune system to help the body fight the infection (for this I recommend Imiquimod/Aldara or Zyclara cream).

There are several over the counter remedies you have to apply for a long time to get rid of warts, such as Sinecatechins ointment. Imiquimod is to be applied 3 times a week for 16 weeks. Sinecatechins is used 3 times per day for 16 weeks.

An alternative to medication is cryotherapy, that is freezing warts with liquid nitrogen to make them fall off, or surgery but these are performed by a medical professional.

As for the pubic lice, the first step is to use an over the counter anti-lice lotion or shampoo, but this is not enough. You need to use a very rough scrub to remove embedded eggs in the skin and skin folds or you can use tweezers or fingernails. Also change beds sheets, wash all the clothes and towels and make sure the person you are intimate or sharing a bed with also does the same.

Despite all this, I'd recommend you please see a medical professional to get tested for other STDs.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

Wishing you good health and best wishes.
