Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I appreciate your efforts for medical consultation in so much distress.

Important aspects of your query are:
•     26 year old male
•     Known case of wet dreams
•     No improvement with treatment

Wet dream also known as night fall or nocturnal emission. Wet dream is a type of spontaneous orgasm, involving either erection and/or ejaculation during sleep for a male. Nocturnal emissions are most common during adolescence and early young adult years like in your case, but they may happen any time after puberty. It is possible to wake up during a wet dream, or to simply sleep through it.

It is important to know that body produce semen in a constant rate. If we do not masturbate regularly (2-5 times a week) or involve in sex regularly (after marriage), then semen passed in urine or get ejaculated in night. It is a normal process of body, and more common in young due to high sexual desire in this age group.

Wet dreams associated with guilt and fear of serious sexual problem, which cause anxiety and stress in the person and this stress and anxiety lead to multiple physical symptoms like tiredness.

Following steps will help you:
-Ejaculate frequently by sex or masturbation >2 times a week.
-Do not worry if you have wet dreams as it do not affect sexual or physical life
-Healthy diet like milk, fruits and milk in diet.
-Daily morning walk
-Multivitamins like Becosules 2 times a day for 1 month.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow ups.
Wish you good health.

After having researched by me i think my pelvic floor muscle got weak. but i am not sure about this. i am doing kegal exercise as well and taking nf cure medicine but its not helping much.

Hello again,
Thanks for follow up.

Some people have many wrong ideas about semen loss by masturbation or wet dreams - that it causes ill effects on health like nervous weakness, reduced energy, etc or sexual problems like impotence in the future. All this is not true and these are just myths and misconceptions. It do not affect body weight or energy level. After marriage people do sex several times a day, but they do not feel tired or loose weight.

If you are having excessive anxiety and worry regarding your sexual functioning, then it will cause physical weakness due to somatic symptom of stress. Above mentioned all steps will help you to overcome wet dreams within few months.

Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when ejaculation time is less than 3 Min during sex, or both partners are not satisfied with sex. It is not diagnosed for masturbation. In long term kegel exercise increases ejaculation time.

Weight is determined by many factors like: bone weight, metabolic rate and genetic reasons. Because of that many people (who eat even more) have low weight.

Low weight may be due to lack of appetite or low metabolic rate. Appetite can be reduced due to several common reasons like (In your age group):
Medical reasons: Worm infestation, Hormonal imbalance (hypothyroidism), acidity, vitamin deficiency, chronic illness
Psychological reasons: Depression, Anorexia nervosa, Bulimia nervosa (associated with binge eating).

Following steps will be helpful to gain weight:
•     Do not worry much about weight. Target only 5-6 kg weight increment.

•     Take healthy diet. Incorporate diet with fat, meat, eggs, rice and Dal. Never miss your food.

•     It is better to maintain diet chart by simply daily food intake items in diary. Also calculate your calorie intake (take help of net to calculate calorie of individual food article) from that diary and take around 3000 k cal per day.

•     Eat at least 2 banana and drink 1 glass of milk daily.

•     Do not try to increase weight very fast as it is harmful to health.

•     Exercise plan: Focus on muscle building. Muscles look good on fat free body.

Wish you good health.
Regards.
